Back in 1999 when the business took flight we had one child. He was 9 and was our shipping department assistant.
7 years later he is 16 and nearly driving. He now has 3 other siblings who have joined the ranks of running a family business.
We are living the American Dream, learning by living every day to it's
fullest.
Oh the places we have been......
We were featured in "Mainely Berwick" in 2000 with the children & stroller that started it all.
A WIC sponsor/donation of a double stroller raffled to a low income family in 2000.
We helped every family we could during the 2001 holiday season by donating products to families in need including foster children in Maine.
We will continue our commitment to offer those in need.
About the owner
Laura is a mother of 4 children.. ages 4-16.
The business was started as her desire to be home with the children while her husband Brian continued his carrier path.
Laura is a Marine Corps Veteran and has worked in several areas such as technologies, customer service, retail and the news industry. She takes as many of the customer calls as she can.
Country Moose Kids is committed to offering personal customer service and strives to have every one of the business customers enjoy their purchase and personal service.

How long does shipping take?
Order placement to shipment is 0-3 days for most items
Delivery takes about 2-7 days depending on your location and the warehouse we use. Canada shipments 4-12 days for remote locations.
We ship all over the world!
We make every attempt to ship your order same day when possible.
As a family ourselves we know that waiting for a shipment can be frustrating. We welcome you to call us anytime with delivery concerns or delays. We do randomly track packages to check on our shipping companies.
If you package is late or you have not received a tracking number please let us know.

Yes,
We ship free ground to Canada. In some cases we can ship USPS if the item is small enough.
Fedex is our favorite carrier for US and Canadian customers
CANADA:Duties and taxes are additional and billed 1-3 weeks after delivery. We will offer you a estimate of duties and taxes simply email or call us with your location and the total cost of your purchase..
We welcome Canadian orders!
As a business how do you help control waste?
At Country Moose Kids we reuse 99.9% of the boxes we receive from our manufacturers. By doing this we cut down on landfill waste as well as being a model to others.
Often we receive a box double boxed. We use this to our advantage enableing us to ship two or more packages from one past shipment.
Items we take in as over 30 day used returns that may be reused or donated are cleaned up and given to a non-profit groups.
We encourage such groups to contact us with their needs.
